Postage via Auspost, $1.90. Delivery 2-4 business days within SA and 3-6 days interstate.
Personalised Prints - Australia Wide
Postage via Auspost, for A5 $5.50 and A4 & A3 $8.95. Delivery 2-4 business days within SA and 3-6 days interstate.
Place Cards - Australia Wide
Postage via Auspost and will be determined by the size of the order.
Returns & Refunds
I work hard to create high quality and original products, however if for any reason you're not happy with your order, please get in touch via the contact page within 14 days from the day the parcel was dispatched and I will do my best to resolve your issue or organise a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
Please note that The Ink Quay cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing in the post.
All personalised products will only be accepted for a refund or exchange if there is a genuine fault in the printing quality or an inaccuracy in the personalised message. An inaccuracy being that the product you received does not match the message that was submitted to The Ink Quay when the product was ordered.
